The Path Into The Abyss is a single-player survival shooter set in Buenos Aires and its surrounding region.

After the arrival of otherworldly beings, floods and a changing climate have left familiar places almost unrecognizable. Rival factions contest the land as the people who remain try to survive.

Driven by a personal story, you enter this hostile territory to find your own way through the Abyss. Scavenge equipment and maintain your weapons as you explore. The people you meet have lives and loyalties of their own, and your encounters can change how they respond when your paths cross again.

Persistent inhabitants

Abyss-Life and the Abyss Director simulate NPCs whose personalities and relationships influence what happens around you.

Shifting territories

Factions pursue their own interests. Help take territory or explore while the conflict develops around you.

Survival in the region

Prepare for changing weather and use local resources, including recipes for mate.

Equipment and exploration

Repair weapons, craft equipment and use your radio to follow activity in the world.

English, Latin American Spanish and Spanish from Spain. Voice-over in Latin American Spanish.

Into the Abyss

The pre-alpha demo introduces Carhué’s Journey, the opening story chapter, and a freeplay mode in a limited area of the world.
